THE WORK AROUND THE CHANGE

A procedure changes.
Then the chasing starts.

01 Which copy is approved?

02 Who needs to review it?

03 Which staff still need to act?

ONE CONNECTED WORKFLOW

Less coordination.
More clarity.

01 / REVIEW

See the change.

Compare old and new wording, add review notes and approve the exact revision.

Fewer approval emails.

02 / PUBLISH

Make the current copy clear.

Publish the approved version while keeping previous wording and decisions in its history.

Less replacement-copy confusion.

03 / ACKNOWLEDGE

Record the staff action.

Show what changed and capture explicit acknowledgment against that version.

Less manual recording.

SEE THE PROCESS

One change, start to finish.

78 seconds. Silent.
Follow the highlighted steps.

Demonstration with simulated users. The multi-staff overview and wider packages show proposed capabilities. Acknowledgment does not establish competence.

Read the silent video description

The video shows the current approved procedure, preparation of a new version, comparison and approval with a review note, publication, explicit staff acknowledgment and a separate activity record. A proposed overview shows who still needs to acknowledge. It closes with proposed Core and Advance packages. Captions explain the coordination work each stage can reduce.

BUILDING THE FOUNDATION

Your procedure infrastructure.

One organised home for procedures, people and change history.

Playbook Core

PROPOSED

The everyday procedure-change workflow.

  • Procedure library and current versions
  • Review, approval and staff acknowledgment
  • Owners, review dates and reminders
  • Search, change history and basic exports

Playbook Advance

OPTIONAL · PROPOSED

Extend coordination across teams and sites.

  • Multi-site oversight and local variations
  • Role-based new-starter onboarding
  • Linked forms and change impact checks
  • Knowledge checks and system connections

Package scope is being evaluated with clinics. Features beyond the demonstration require development and pilot validation; no live clinic service is offered through this page.

START WITH WHAT YOU HAVE

Your first procedure change,
set up with you.

Our proposed onboarding approach starts with one existing procedure, one owner and a small staff group. We would help prepare the content, check it with your team and guide the first change.

Word documents and PDFs are the initial import priorities. Scans and complex documents need assessment and checking.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Can we start using Playbook in our clinic today?

Today we can show the demonstration and discuss your workflow. A live pilot would need an agreed scope, suitable product capabilities and operational safeguards before onboarding.

Does Playbook provide or automatically update clinical guidance?

The focus is managing the clinic’s own procedures and changes. The clinic retains responsibility for content and approval. The demonstration does not establish clinical validation or guarantee regulatory compliance.

What happens after we register interest?

The CareScript Team will follow up if you request a walkthrough or more information. A short conversation about your last procedure change helps us tailor the demonstration and assess whether a bounded pilot would make sense.

What information does the questionnaire collect?

The Google Form asks for a work email, role, current process, main difficulty and whether you want a walkthrough. Comments are optional. Your email is used to respond to your interest. Please do not include patient information.
